Pre-Order Production & Fulfillment Timeline

Mr. Series One and Mrs. Series One are currently offered as pre-order pieces. Orders placed today are expected to ship within 60 days of production confirmation, plus an additional 30–45 days for international shipping. Estimated delivery is 90–105 days from your order date.

This is a production and fulfillment timeline, not standard carrier shipping time — it reflects the time needed to manufacture your piece before it can ship. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and your piece number is assigned at the time of shipment.

After Your Order Ships

Once your order ships, carrier transit begins — this is separate from, and in addition to, the production timeline above. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at that point.

Order Status Before Shipment

If you have questions about your order status before it ships, contact us any time and we’ll let you know where things stand.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — see Returns below.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your watch after it arrives, no explanation required.

Returned watches must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all protective coverings, tags, bracelet links, accessories, and original packaging included. A brief indoor try-on is permitted, but watches showing wear, scratches, damage, missing components, or unauthorized alteration may not qualify for return.

If your watch arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us — that's handled separately from a standard return, at no cost to you.

This policy doesn’t limit any return or refund rights you’re entitled to under applicable law.

Warranty

Every piece includes a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on the automatic movement. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair, replace, or otherwise make it right — return shipping is on us. This warranty covers the movement only; it does not extend to the case, bracelet, crystal, or cosmetic wear.
